PUBLISHED ON THE KNOT!- Red and Purple Winter Wedding at I’ON Creek Club in Charleston SC

If you grew up with snow Charleston can be quite an unusual experience in the winter. But if you enjoy the freedom of cool weather and beautiful sunlight, then you will love December weather in Charleston. I don’t think Lauren and Brian could have asked for a more beautiful day! They chose a gorgeous Mount Pleasant venue- The I’on Creek Club, and as their wedding photographer I could not have been more pleased with the stunning light that was available for their portraits. The beautiful yellows from the soft light were perfectly complimented by the pop of red and purple in their winter wedding theme.

Lace, orchids and love would make a great novel title, but it probably wouldn’t compare with the experience of being present at Lauren and Brian’s wedding. I loved their authenticity, laughter, fun and freedom with which they allowed themselves to experience their wedding day.
